Vietnamese Pho by Snapdragon

First things first: My 13-year-old loves this product. He loves it to the point of licking the bowl clean. Here's the bad news: One bowl provides a whopping 42% of the recommended daily allowance of sodium. No mean feat for a bowl whose contents have a net weight of 2 1/2 ounces (before adding water, of course).  Moreover, you have to recognize that one of these is a snack at best--it's not going to fill you up.

The prep is simple. Rip open two enclosed packets of seasoning, fill with boiling water and wait three minutes. Then, sit back and let the salty goodness do the rest!
