...food court in San Jose. Each of my boys got the Shoyu Salmon and both loved it. The only complaint of one of them was that it had "too much salmon", which is a great problem to have. It seemed to me, though, that the bowls were slightly smaller than a typical poke bowl. But, the meat-to-rice ratio was high. Both really liked the flavor. The bowl was $13. The whole family really liked SOFA, by the way. This venue offers a lot of good fast-casual options. I went with Habana Cuba and my wife ordered from Vietnom's, which I'll review soon.
